Another proud moment for PULC as, Declamation Head, Punjab University Law College Debating Society, Syed Kamal Ahmad, 1st year Law student(Batch 2020-25) made a hat-trick by winning three series (First round, Quarter Final and Semi Final) of All Pakistan Declamation Competition 2021 at APlus Ramzan Transmission. He remained unbeatable once again in the Final by grabbing 1st position, winning an Umrah ticket and a 70CC bike.
